Visit or Help Section of your MobiKwik App and choose Report Fraud option as shown in screenshot below. Click on the choose report option.

You will see two options on the screen (Wallet Fraud and Card Fraud). Please select the appropriate fraud type option and fill in the required details on the form and click on Create Ticket.

Write down the Ticket Id generated for future reference or communication with investigation officer.

*Note – For quick assistance on unauthorized transaction, please keep the transaction details (Order Id, Transaction date and time, amount) with you.
